​My name is Penny Smith and I am the Managing Director / Property Manager for Boutique Rentals BOP.

I was born and bred in the Bay of Plenty and have lived in the Mount Maunganui / Papamoa area my entire life.

My partner and I have 5 children between us, 2 cats and a crazy pug dog called Bella.

I have worked in the property management sector for a few years now and I am very excited and enthusiastic about my job and give it my all.

I look forward to building great relationships with both my owners and tenants, with great communication being one of my key attributes.

Having been a landlord myself for several years, I bring a wealth of experience and understanding of the rules and regulations that come with property management. I  believe that communication and transparency are the keys to successful relationships.

I am passionate about people and very keen to ensure that both the Home Owners and Tenants receive quality service.
