Boutique Rentals B.O.P manages properties of a high standard which in turn are then rented to tenants of a matching calibre, providing peace of mind for both the Home Owners and the Tenants.

 

Our personal and professional approach is focused entirely on the Home Owner and the tenant. Regular communication and complete transparency are two of the keys to our success.

 

Letting Services

As from December 2018 an agency, agent or owner cannot pass onto the tenant, the letting costs involved in letting the property. Therefore, the costs involved will have to be placed on the owners.

Rental Appraisals

A rental appraisal by an experienced property manager provides the landlord with a detailed report into the earning potential of their investment property as determined by current market trends and the rent levels for other similar nearby properties.
